What working together looks like

Discovery. Every engagement begins with a free discovery call. I take this time to understand your needs, the problem you have, and determine fit.
Scope and plan. We define the project together. Goals, deliverables, timelines, and what "done" looks like.
Execute. I iterate quickly and share progress often. You see the work as it develops, and we adjust as we go.
Monitor impact. This will depend on the nature of the project, but in most cases we want to measure impact and consider next steps.
